Any good xbox360(kinect) game?

i already have Halo 3 Platinum Hits, Lost Planet 2,Kinect Sports,Sonic Free Riders,
ok so im a girl i dont want to violent ones…. so what are the most funnest games to play :P

I want a Kinect but are there any other game suggestions for Xbox?

I really want kinect but i dont think it will be that worth it because getting kinect alone is 150 dollars and all u get is one game that i think i will get bored of within a week. if i want kinect sports and kinect sports 2 than thats another 100 dollars so 250 altogether. i currently have 200 so i could wait and save up or my 2nd plan was get this sweet gshock watch for 100 dollars, than a game or 2 with the remaining 100. i was thinking nfs hot pursuit or something. the online in it is reallly fun and intense. i dont want any mass effect, halo, call of duty or any games like that. i want a good story, it has to have multiplayer and it will be even better with online. all mario games and pokemon and littlebigplanet are great examples. so go with kinect or get a sweet ass watch and 1-2 games.

I have a Kinect, and it is fun. However, it feels a lot like the Wii to me. It is designed to be a family toy….something that “everyone” can enjoy. Unfortunately, when games cater to everyone, they do not tend to be worth playing for the gamers. I do enjoy the Kinect, but usually only when I am with a group of people.

Personally, if I had to choose, I would buy the watch and a couple of games because most of the games worth playing will be with a controller…..in my opinion :)

I am addicted to games with good stories too….I know it isn’t multiplayer, but Alan Wake is a game to check out….I rented it, played it through, then I bought the special edition so that I could get more of the story, and then I played the game two more times……It really is that good :)

Are you getting Xbox Kinect?

If you are what games are you getting? If the price stays at 150, im only getting 1 or 2 games at launch, im thinking kinect adventures, and sonic free riders, and maybe kinect sports in the future, also bestbuy.com says the it comes with a free game, is this true? if so what game? will it be a demo for all the games? like included with the ps move

Yep. I’m getting more for the cool way to flip through the dashboard and the neat voice activation instead of for the games. My wife really wants it too, so we’ll probably get whatever games she wants. I think she’s interested into Kinect Adventures and kinect Sports….also a dancing game by the makers of Rockband??

I’m sure they won’t ever come out with any “hardcore” games … But that doesn’t matter – i like playing shooters with a controller anyway. I just want to be able to tell my XBOX what to do, haha.

A few Kinect questions?

Right well i am getting a kinect for christmas and i have a few questions.

Do i need to make different accounts for different people for kinect games?
i have read it is not as fun to only have people play on guest accounts and it is better to have your own

If i did make different accounts would they need to be gold?
i already have 1 gold account which is my main account but for the other accounts i make they will not need to play online. Would i be able to make them free accounts.

Can the kinect recongise who is playing?
Will it show the right characters when the person stands in front of the kinect or do i need to sign in all 4 accounts

How many people can play kinect at the same time ?
I have 4 people in my family and we would want to play a game together. we have a huge room and i understand there will not be a lot of games that play 4 players at the same time but is it possible. even so can it work with just 2 ?

I am getting Kinect adventures, Kinect sports and the sonic hedgehog game.. are any of them good?

1. You do not need to make different accounts. If they do not care about achievements or what their avatar looks like, you will not need to make more accounts. If you do want to, it’s fairly easy to set up, and shouldn’t take very much time.

2. They do not need to be online at all. You can make all of the accounts offline accounts if you choose, and it will not affect gameplay if you do not intend to go online.

3. It should be able to recognize people. It is a bit finnicky on this part, but it seems to work most of the time.

4. Up to 4 people can play certain Kinect games at the same time. There are many that use 2, but only a couple with more than that.

5. Kinect Adventures and Kinect Sports are great games, and really fun for the casual audience. While Kinect Sports is probably the weaker of the two, it is still good fun. The Sonic the Hedgehog Riders game is alright, but can be difficult to control. The best game currently available for Kinect is Dance Central. It is made by the high quality development team at Harmonix (who also made the Rock Band and Guitar Hero games) and can be played by 2 people at once. It actually takes your whole body into account while you’re dancing, and is tons of fun. Definitely recommended.

How much money will I get for Xbox, Kinect, games etc…?

A fairly new Xbox 360 Elite (mint condition), Xbox Kinect (mint condition), COD Black ops, Kinect Sports, Kinect Adventures, Kinecimals, 2 controllers, Triviual Persuit (all mint condition).

Xpox was over £200, kinect about £180 with the Kinect Sports and adventures. Trivual Persuit and 2nd controller cam as a bundle pack for about £30+

How much do you think I will get now? in GBP (£)? Thanks!

Figure on getting 25%-30% of what they would cost new. Next time think long and hard about buying something you’re just going to turn around and sell.
